When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item, and you complete the check-out payment process. Delivery/Pick-up times may be changed based on availability and operational necessity.  

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.  

If the "cash" option is selected, payment must be received via Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle within 24 hours of order placement; if payment is not received, the order may be rejected/declined/cancelled.

 

Refunds are not offered; all purchases are final. Rescheduling orders and option changes are available upon request, but it is up to the owner to accept them. If an order is not picked up within 24 hours, items will be discarded and not remade. If items are discarded, the client may purchase new products.
